Visionflex Total Care Plan (TCP)

The TCP provides unlimited priority access to expert assistance and advice, plus ongoing software updates, training, and regular product servicing, ensuring you always get the most out of your Visionflex telehealth solution.

Our comprehensive service and support plan provides peace of mind for Visionflex customers who use the ProEX Telehealth Hub and ProEX Mobile devices in their clinical practice.

The Total Care Plan includes:

  • Telephone support (unlimited time) during business hours (AEST)
  • Online remote access
  • Software updates
  • Labour time for repairs (back to base)
  • Loan unit for the duration of repair (subject to terms and conditions)
  • All parts for repairs
  • Replacement unit if repair is not viable
