Our comprehensive service and support plan provides peace of mind for Visionflex customers who use the ProEX Telehealth Hub and ProEX Mobile devices in their clinical practice.
The Total Care Plan includes:
- Telephone support (unlimited time) during business hours (AEST)
- Online remote access
- Software updates
- Labour time for repairs (back to base)
- Loan unit for the duration of repair (subject to terms and conditions)
- All parts for repairs
- Replacement unit if repair is not viable
