Yes, there is a toll-free number on the invitation allowing a user to dial in by phone with an ‘audio-only’ participation. They will need to know the meeting ID to join and they will also need to be admitted into the call by the host.

This is not possible. All guests must go into the lobby and wait to be admitted into the call by a host.

Yes, you can download the Vision app from the IOS store or the Android store. The app is free of charge. The app does not support plan creation of managing payments. This must be done from a desktop.

There is no limit to the number of attendees but only the first ten (10) participants will have video. The remaining participants will join using PC audio only. The host has the power to deactivate the video feed from any guest so he/she can bring in other guests with video.

You can only see up to ten (10) participants on your screen and you can change the layout between ‘gallery’ and ‘clinical’ mode to highlight one particular video feed. You cannot remove participants from your screen, only the host can do this.
